　　第一、 换机油，这是最基本的保养了。如果买的是新车，一般3000-5000公里，或者3-5个月就要进行首保。汽车首保基本上都是厂家赠送，在首保的时候赠送用什么机油就用什么机油，没必要花钱去升级更好的，毕竟厂家肯定是能保证这个机油适合你的车才用，他们不会乱给你用，否则新车都出问题了，那他们的口碑也别要了。而首保之"后呢，你就记住，选择全合成机油就可以了，一年或者一万公里换一次，一点问题都没有。不过选择全合成机油没必要买很贵的那种，三四百块钱一瓶的就OK了。在4S店，一般都会给你用0W20的机油，但是在外边修理厂，可能会给你用5W40的机油，哪种更好呢？前面的这个0，就是代表这款机油在低温状态下的粘度等级，这个等级除了0还有5还有10，数字越小，就代表这个机油在低温状态下，对发动机的保护越好。W表示冬夏通用。20表示高温状态下的粘度等级，除此之"外，还有30，40。这个数值小，也就是粘度小，流动性越好，在发动机里面的阻力就越小，这样在一定程度上就能降低油耗。而粘度高的，比较适合一些车龄大，烧机油的车型。所以说，只要你的车没有烧机油的毛病，建议用0W20就很合适了。而在换机油的时候，顺便要将机油滤芯给换掉。                                                                                                                       如果车本身都没跑几万公里，他们就推荐你清洗喷油嘴，去除发动机油泥什么的，别听他们的，就是单纯想坑你钱而已。   第二、空气滤芯建议2年更换一次就可以，如果经常在空气质量不好的地区开车，也可以一年换一次。而空调滤芯，建议在每年夏季来临之"前，就给换掉。换滤芯花不了多少钱，动手能力稍微强一点，自己买来换就可以，这还是要省些钱的。

Secondly, it is recommended to replace the air filter once every 2 years. If you frequently drive in areas with poor air quality, you can also replace it once a year. It is recommended to replace the air conditioning filter before the arrival of summer each year. 　　第叁、火花塞。那就要看你的车是什么类型的火花塞了。如果是镍合金火花塞，2万公里就要检查一下，该换就给换掉。如果是铂金火花塞，那在5万公里的时候检查一下，该换就换。如果是铱金火花塞，8万公里再换都可以。当然，我们平日里用车的时候也要注意，如果出现加速无力或者发动机抖动的问题，这问题就可能出在火花塞上边，那就要提前更换了。

　　第五、防冻液。一般情况下用到8-10万公里都没问题，我们只需要在平日里观察一下防冻液的液位，少了就添一点。不过要注意的是，添加的时候要与原车防冻液的颜色一致，比如是绿色就加绿色，是粉色就加粉色。   第六、刹车油。判断是否需要更换刹车油，主要的标准就是含水量。在保养的时候，可以让他们帮忙测一下，含水量超过3%就要考虑更换了，超过5%就必须更换。
